Die mobilen FastDeck-Böden wurden speziell entwickelt, um auf fast jedem Untergrund schnell einen provisorischen Fußboden verlegen zu können. Dazu ist kein spezielles Werkzeug erforderlich und der Boden lässt sich noch schneller wieder demontieren. Er ist äußerst robust und hält extremen Belastungen stand. FastDeck ist eine hervorragende Alternative für die herkömmlichen Holzböden in Zelten und bei Veranstaltungen. Als Boden für Rennteams ist FastDeck ideal, ebenso als vorübergehender Zufahrt- und Gehweg. FastDeck kann auch auf nicht befestigtem Untergrund verlegt werden.
Durch die Drainage-Öffnungen kann Regen bei Outdoor-Veranstaltungen ablaufen und das Gras kann weiter atmen. Dadurch ist FastDeck eine sichere Lösung für alle Anwendungen, bei denen ein stabiler Boden auf weichem und empfindlichem Untergrund erforderlich ist.
FastDeck ist beständig gegen die meisten Chemikalien und Flecken, die Reifen auf den meisten Böden verursachen. Dank des niedrigen Gewichts kann FastDeck problemlos von nur einer Person verlegt werden.
Socket Lock-it™- Interlocksystem
Das neu patentierte Socket Lock-it Interlocksystem ermöglicht das Verlegen in buchstäblich einem Klick. Demontiert werden die Elemente, indem man sie einfach nach hinten falten. So kann FastDeck in Segmenten oder, falls gewünscht, als aufgerolltes System transportiert werden.
FastDeck ist in zwei Standardfarben lieferbar: Grün und Hellgrau. Falls gewünscht, kann es auch in jeder kundenspezifischen Farbe geliefert werden. Es ist auch möglich, ein Logo auf den Boden zu drucken. Hervorragend geeignet in Zelten und bei Veranstaltungen. Ideal für den Motorsport. Für Veranstaltungen auf jedem beliebigen Untergrund drinnen oder draußen, für Open Air Konzerte und viele andere Events.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
A. Manufacturer of synthetic flooring shall be an organization specializing in the manufacturing of the products specified in this section.
B. Products specified in this section shall be installed and/or supervised by an authorized factory trained representative.
C. Installer shall be liable for all matters related to the installation of the products described herein for a period of not less than one year from the date of installation.
SUBMITTALS
A. Specification sheets for products proposed for submission.
B. Submit a sample of specified flooring system showing color and underlayment system.
C. Maintenance program and specifications shall be submitted upon completion of installation.
DELIVERY AND STORAGE
A. General contractor shall provide a clean and dry area where the materials can be stored until time of installation.
B. Material shall not be delivered on site until all related work is completed and proper storage facilities can be secured.
WORKING CONDITIONS
A. Synthetic materials shall not be installed until all other trades are completely finished in the synthetic flooring areas.
WARRANTY
A. Snap Lock Ind., Inc. warrants that the materials supplied shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of installation as set forth in the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
B. This warranty is expressly limited to the synthetic flooring materials supplied by Snap Lock Ind., Inc. This warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, winds, floods, moisture, chemicals (other than those used for maintenance specified by manufacturer) nor does it apply to damage caused by ordinary wear, misuse, abuse, neglect, faulty building construction faulty subsurface or site preparation, or unprofessional installation.

EXECUTION
INSPECTION
A. Inspect subsurface for proper tolerances and level. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing to the general contractor.
B. Subsurface to be cleaned and free of any large debris prior to installation of synthetic flooring.
C. Installer shall document all working conditions prior to the commencement of the installation.
INSTALLATION
A. Clean debris from subsurface to accommodate the synthetic flooring products.
B. Install synthetic flooring products to a pre-approved layout.
C. Allow one (1) inch of expansion for every sixteen (16) linear feet of product for possible expansion to any wall or obstruction to prevent any potential buckling issues.
D. Ramp Edging (optional) should be attached to edge of perimeter where applicable.
F. Remove all excess waste and materials from area of work. Dispose of empty containers in accordance with federal and local statutes.
